The purpose of the Stewardship Commission is to educate the parish on the concept of stewardship as an expression of discipleship – how we understand and live our lives, recognizing that all we posses is a gift from God that we hold in trust, with Jesus enjoining us to live in witness to His love with such enthusiasm that we freely and gratefully share our gifts with others. The primary focus of Stewardship Commission is to educate the parish on the bishops call to receive God’s gifts gratefully, cultivate them responsibly, share them lovingly with others and return them with increase to God.
Volunteers are needed to help with the process of educating parishioners on the principles of stewardship.
